These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ignitemeals.org (the "Site") and the services provided by Ignite Support ("Ignite Support," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or submitting our application form, you agree to these Terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

Ignite Support helps New York Medicaid members check eligibility for and access food and nutrition support through New York's Social Care Network (SCN) program. For eligible members, food support is provided at no cost.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION

You must be a New York Medicaid member to qualify. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your Medicaid CIN. If you complete the form on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent and accurate information.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF BENEFITS

Submitting the form does not guarantee approval or benefits. Eligibility and approval are determined through the Social Care Network and applicable Medicaid program rules.

4. AUTHORIZATION TO USE INFORMATION

By submitting the form, you authorize us and our care-management partners and affiliates to use and disclose your information, including health-related information, to coordinate your services, as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Authorization Notice.

5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to Ignite Support, you agree to receive text messages from Ignite Support related to our services at that number.

  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at Food@ignitemeals.org.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Site and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Ignite Support is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages, which are subject to transmission by your mobile carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited as permitted by applicable law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Ignite Support and may not be used without permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
